The goals of the Staff Development Department are to provide an organization-wide life-long education program which seeks to promote the learning, training and growth of all St. Mary's employees; to build among employees the knowledge attitude, and skills to support the organization; help to achieve the organization's strategic goals; and to support the Mission, Vision and Values of St. Mary's and the Ascension Health organization.
