Steve began his insurance career in 1996 after 30 years in the printing business in Los Angeles and Evansville. Focused entirely on the senior market with a strong emphasis on long term care solutions and fixed annuity strategies, he conducts numerous seminars and speaking presentations on Medicare and other related retirement issues throughout the state.
Steve is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, the American Association of Long Term Care Insurance, and the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors.

Mary started with Senior Connection in March, 1996 as office manager and a licensed insurance agent. Mary wears many hats and is responsible for customer service and claims assistance, agent support, maintenance of all client records and is the first contact for Senior Connection.
Key Benefit Administrators, Inc. awarded Mary its first annual Outstanding Customer Service Representative award given in 2003.

Teresa has been in the insurance and financial services field since 2000. Teresa's career has been focused on helping individuals and families with their health and life insurance needs since 2005. With Senior Connection, she specializes in helping individuals with their Medicare health plan choices.

Lisa began her career in the insurance business in 2002, working most recently with State Farm Insurance. She received her Bachelor's degree from Indiana University in 2000. At Senior Connection, Lisa specializes in helping individuals with their Medicare health plan choices.

Rita Boarman
Medicare Part D Coordinator |
Rita entered the insurance industry in 2007 and came to Senior Connection from State Farm. At Senior Connection Rita is responsible for administering the Medicare Part D Drug program for Senior Connection clients. She assists seniors daily with current drug plan issues and enrolls members new to Medicare into an appropriate plan. In 2011, Key Benefit Administrators, Inc. awarded Rita the 8th Annual Outstanding Customer Service Representative Award.

After spending two decades in radio broadcasting, Henry earned his Series 7 License from the National Association of Securities Dealers, and his Series 6 License from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. At Senior Connection, Henry specializes in helping individuals with their Medicare health plan choices and retirement needs.

Gina Downs

Gina is a licensed insurance agent with Senior Connection and primarily assists the Director with administrative responsibilities. She also provides service to existing policyholders. She began her insurance career with Aflac as an Account Representative serving area businesses.

Jennifer Cross started her insurance career at American Family Insurance as Office Manager and Customer Service Representative. After leaving American Family, she worked in Medical Records at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville. She is now with our office as a Customer Service Representative, and the friendly voice you hear when you call us for all of your insurance needs.
