  • How to unreview a ‘reviewed’ lab or how to ‘Unlock it?
    Click on the reviewed Lab from L jellybean, click on Options tab in the bottom, click on Unreview Lab.
    Note*Provider has access to “unreview” but all other staff will need to contact support.
     
  • How do you delete a lab?
    Hub -> Labs -> Click to select the lab then click delete button located at top right of the window.
     
  • How to order Injections from the Progress Note?
    Entering the order:
    Physician will click on blue Treatment hyperlink in progress note, click browse… next to procedures. 
    The Manage Orders window opens.  Click in box next to Codes that will be associated with the injection.
    Type the name of the injection in the lookup, then click on the name of the injection.  The injection will
    appear in the “Today’s Orders”.  Click OK. Click the X to exit the Treatment  window.  The injection name
    will appear under the Treatment and Billing sections of the progress note. The associated codes will
    appear in Billing section of progress note
    Documenting that injection was given:
    Click on Procedures blue hyperlink and select In House injections/procedure from the list on left.  All
    injections will appear in window on right.  Click in notes section next to the injection name.  Procedure
    notes window will open.  Click on option to select.  If there is free text that needs to be entered, do so on
    this in this window.  When documentation is complete, click timestamp, then click OK.  This injection will
    now appear in the progress note.
     
  • How to Unlock Tel Encounter
    Go to the patient Progress Notes; select the Tel Encounter from the dropdown. Click on arrow on
    Addendum tab and click on Unlock.
    Note only Provider or Administrator can unlock the Notes.
     
  • How to add drawings on patient’s chart?
    Drawings can be added from Examination and Physical Exam by clicking on the Drawing button.
     
  • How can we add a note to patients alert for e.g. Patient refused for the test?
    Go to Patient Hub->Alerts->Highlight the Alert, click on Suppress, type in the option under Notes.
     
  • Can we e prescribe Custom Rx?
    Yes, but the medication must be entered and linked to the NDC. Please call Support and provide Name,
    Strength, Formulation and Route.
     
  • How to view the list of Rx the patient has been on?
    Patient Hub->Rx tab->look for Rx by name, or Rx by date.
     
  • How to address e refill requests when one Provider is out and another Provider is covering?
    On e refill requests in covering Provider -> Click drop and Choose appropriate provider.
