A thirty-five minute lunchtime class presenting various ways to enjoy mindfulness & meditation through breathing practices, guided imagery, gentle yoga moves, tai chi moves, healing touch, music/sound. Exporte a variety of easy, self-care, stress reduction and "centering-quieting" practices. Class Price: $5 for 35 minutes.
