St. Mary's Sponsors CMOE Free Family Fun Night
09/01/2010
St. Mary’s Health System will once again combine fun with education from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at this Thursday’s Free Family Fun Night at the Koch Family Children’s Museum of Evansville.
Most of us take everyday activities in life for granted. Therefore, members of St. Mary’s Rehabilitation Department will teach kids what it’s like for a person with special needs or a patient going through rehabilitation to participate in a bean bag toss and a ring toss. Amber Moll, a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), and Tyler Carlisle, Rehabilitation Coordinator, will help children complete the tasks while standing on a foam pad with one arm in a sling.
St. Mary's takes great joy in hosting a Free Family Fun Night at cMoe the first Thursday of every month from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy family time together, while participating in fun and educational activities. St. Mary's employees will host presentations and displays geared toward each particular month.
All children must be accompanied by an adult. Groups are required to schedule a daytime field trip.
