What´s New At St. Mary´s
Lung and Heart Failure Support Groups Available

St. Mary’s pulmonary rehab support group offers educational and social opportunities for adults with diagnosed lung disease. Family members or anyone else interested in lung disease are welcome to attend.

Activities include:

  • Social Gatherings
  • Harmonica Playing
  • Guest Speakers
  • Presentations
  • Refreshments
  • Group meetings are free to the public. They are held on the first Wednesday of every month from 1:00 – 2:00 pm in the Cardiac Conference Room, which is on the second floor in the Center for Advanced Medicine.

    St. Mary’s Heart Institute is also offering free heart failure support groups on the first Thursday of every month from 1:00 – 2:00 pm in the Cardiac Conference Room. This group will provide educational and emotional support for those who have been diagnosed with heart failure and their families.

    Future topics to be discussed include:

  • Low Sodium Diets
  • Treating Heart Failure
  • Stress Management
  • Financial Planning with Heart Failure
  • We would love to hear your suggestions and concerns for future classes. Please call for class times.
