St. Mary's Integrative Health Coaching -
Helping You Make Lifestyle Changes
Relationships and communication, personal and professional development, nutrition, movement/exercise/rest, the mind-body connection, spirituality, physical environment...
Everyone's state of "health and wellness" encompasses many aspects of their individual life, circumstances, habits, patterns and choices. Integrative Health Coaches are trained to assist individuals in personally making change in some aspect of their life.
Similar to hiring a personal trainer at the gym for desired physical change, an Integrative Health Coach is a professional who supports an individual in the whole spectrum of health and wellness as stated above and the interconnectedness of these areas that both present stumbling blocks or stepping stones towards sustained change.
Integrative Health Coaches are not medical experts, the process of integrative health coaching is client-initiated and client-driven. The coach supports the client in the process of self-reflection, action, responsibility and empowerment as part of the process of successful change.
