“Success Not Failure” Heart Failure Support
Group
This group is for those who have been diagnosed with heart failure and for
their families, to provide educational and emotional support. These
meetings are free of charge and open to the public. All classes are held
at St. Mary’s Heart Institute at 3700 Washington Avenue. For more information

Adult Congenital Heart

ACHA is a national organization for adults, and adolescents, with congenital
heart disease (CHD). The purpose of ACHA is to educate the public, adults with
CHD, and the medical community about adult congenital heart issues through the
development of forums, newsletters, support groups and other methods of public

The American Heart Association is a nonprofit organization whose mission is
to reduce disability and death from cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
Volunteers and staff work to meet these goals through supporting research,
providing resources, education and support to those with heart disease or those

Mended Hearts, affiliated with the American Heart Association, is a support
group for heart patients, families and caregivers. A network of people who have
heart disease or families of patients are able to talk to patients and family
members going through the same experience. Available in 260 cities across the
U.S. and in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, the motto of Mended Hearts is, "It's great

Sudden Arrythmia Death Syndromes
