Tim and Kay Flesch Postdoctoral Fellowship Program
Dr. Sarah Cruce is the pediatric psychology fellow who works with the licensed providers at the St. Mary’s Center for Children to provide outpatient assessment and therapy, feeding therapy, and inpatient consultation to children and families on the pediatric medical units.
Dr. Cruce provides psychology services through select primary care offices in order to improve access to children and families. She is also involved with the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation in a consultation and outreach capacity to students and their families. Specific responsibilities including collaborating with professionals through the inclusion autism spectrum classroom at Culver Family Learning Center and working with expectant and young mothers through the Hope for the Future initiative.
Dr. Cruce was born and raised near Peoria, Illinois and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bradley University with a BS in Psychology and minor in Business Management and Administration. She recently earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Saint Louis University and completed her pre-doctoral internship in clinical child and pediatric psychology at Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, Delaware.
