Steps to Take:

To apply for new job/position within St. Mary's Health System please print and complete an Employee Status Change Form. Return it to Human Resources & Development or the HR drop box inside the Employee Entrance of the Medical Center.

You may also want to consider submitting a resume with your Employee Status Change Form. The following resume template may be helpful in creating your resume.

Evaluation Process:

Your completed form and resume will be routed to a recruiter in the Human Resources & Development department who will review your credentials for consideration of position in which you applied for.

Due to the high volume of applications we receive, interview selection process can take 4 to 6 weeks and there is no need for you to follow up on your application. You will be contacted if your qualifications meet our needs at this time.
